Μπορεί να γίνει έκδοση τιμολογίου ?

Φυσικά και εκδίδεται. θα πρέπει να μας γράψετε τα στοιχεία τιμολόγησης κατά την παραγγελία ώστε να σας στείλουμε με την RINOCase την proforma invoice, το packing list και τιμολόγιο. Στην έκδοση τιμολογίου δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται ο ΦΠΑ 20% βάση νομοθεσίας της Ε.Ε. για ενδοκοινοτικές συναλλαγές.

How do I get informed about order progress?

Once you make your order, you are informed by email about its progress. You are informed in the following phases of the order:

  1. a) When you make a new order, you receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was successful.
  2. b) When starts preparation of the order, you receive a new e-mail with the estimated delivery time.
  3. c) When the order is delivered to the carrier, you receive an e-mail for the exact delivery time.

Πόσους μήνες εγγύηση έχουν οι RINOCase ?

Η νομοθεσία της ΕΕ ορίζει επίσης ότι πρέπει να παρέχεται στον καταναλωτή ελάχιστη διετής εγγύηση (νόμιμη εγγύηση) ως προστασία έναντι ελαττωματικών προϊόντων ή προϊόντων που δεν ανταποκρίνονται στη διαφημιζόμενη εμφάνιση ή λειτουργία.
Η εγγύηση καλύπτει μόνο ελαττωματικές RINOCase και όχι από κακή μεταχείριση. Κάθε RINOCase ελέγχεται πλήρως πριν τη αποστολή της στο πελάτη σε επίπεδο στεγανότητας, σύστημα μανδάλωσης , χειρολαβές και επαφών με το κυρίως σώμα. Η εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει το εσωτερικό αφρώδες υλικό, από την στιγμή που κοπεί για την προσαρμογή του εξοπλισμού.
